Shipping/Return Policy


  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • If a *pre order* item is purchased with a another item that is in stock, both items will ship together when the pre order is in stock.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim or helping to locate your package.


Need To Make A Return?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

Return for an exchange:
We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

Return for a refund:
Merchandise may be returned & delivered to us within 14 days from the date of your order for a refund. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment and will be less any original shipping charges.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will not be accepted and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

When mailing a return:
Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return.
Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name, order number, and the reason for return in the package.
